The Buried City isn't where you go to sightsee. It's where you go to come out richer, if you don't panic and sprint into the first street you see. The tight alleys, stacked interiors, and sudden sightlines make it feel like you're always one wrong turn from getting clipped by a machine or a player you never heard. That's why I treat every run like a route, not a wander, especially if I'm trying to stack parts for upgrades or keep enough ARC Raiders Coins value in my stash to justify the risk.

If I spawn near Plaza Rosa or the Church Ruins, I'm moving immediately. Don't overthink it. Hit the first containers you can reach without crossing open lanes, then drift toward the Red Tower. If I'm pushing the breach door upstairs, I'm doing it with an exit in mind. Ziplines are your reset button. Use them to break angles, not just to travel. And if a squad starts closing, those windows aren't decoration. Drop out, rotate, and come back from a new line instead of taking a "fair" duel.

Once my bag's got some weight, the Hospital is the next call, but only if the raid tempo allows it. It's full of medical crafting pieces and the occasional weapon crate, sure, but it's also where people go hunting. I clear room by room, quick checks, no ego peeks. Machines love the noise there, too, so I avoid spraying unless I've got to. When I'm satisfied, I leave. Metro extractions like Eastern or Northern are close enough that you're not doing a long, slow walk with no stamina and every player on the map smelling profit.

Some raids are just cursed: empty spawns, early third-parties, or a sweaty team pinning the tower before you even get there. That's when I swap plans. Southern spawns? I'll work the Santa Maria houses and take what the city gives me. Need rusted gears or car parts? Warehouses and trunks near Marano Station tend to pay out if you're patient.
