After watching a quite dreadful USA performance earlier, the freshne s of the second half of the Sounders win over RSL was quite enjoyable. Kasey Keller, for his first half performance at least (he didnt have to do too much in the second half), was named player of the week. Its telling that when one week a forward wins that honor, and the next your goalkeeper wins it. The other big news was that Freddie Ljungberg made his MLS debut coming on for a Jurickson Profar Jersey  very well playing Brad Evans. Sigi had to change a few things up, but when hes 100% healthy, he surely will be Dave Henderson Jersey  an improvement over an already solid position. Osvaldo Alonso played almost as well as he did last game. And what can you say about Montero. A great strike that dipped and swerved, and did all sorts of crazy things in the air. As they say, the boys a bit special. Nate Jaqua had earlier added, or kneed, or side-hipped, or somethinged the ball into the net after Zakuanis silky moves showed just how suspect MLS defenders can be to them. Mind you, even the goalkeeping this year has been le s than extraordinary in MLS, which really is quite surprising. And speaking of defenders, our back 4 four returned to pitch another shutout and a Good-bye to any chance of signing Parke (who has joined the Whitecaps). To  Robbie Grossman Jersey RSLs credit, they came into our stadium and did quite well at times, but posed very little real threat in the 2nd half. The MLS pundits have started to take notice and carefully bumped them up in their MLS Power Rankings, but we really cant be jumping to any conclusions here. But theres no need to worry about any of that now. We have TFC next AT BMO Field, and well surely get a taste of our own medicine there.
