Why do people buy mtg proxy cards for new format precons?

businessads

Keeping up with endless set releases and expensive format staples gets exhausting when you just want to sit down and sling spells with your regular pod on the weekend. Instead of spending hundreds on a single stack of cardboard, local groups are sharing decklists and choosing to buy mtg proxy options from MTGproxy to test out fresh strategies. Having crisp, legible playtest cards lets you experiment with crazy mana bases and weird synergies without breaking the bank or feeling locked out of modern tabletop deck building.
